Now Hiring: Unit Manager
Responsibilities of Unit Manager:
- The Unit Managers will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care.
- Supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff of a designated unit.
- Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care.
- Direct the nursing assistants to ensure quality care is provided at all times.
- Complete assessments, care plans, treatments etc.
- Positive communication with residents, families, staff and outside providers.
Qualifications of Unit Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Ability to lead or supervisse people.
- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
- Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment required.
- Previous nurse management experience is preferred.
