Now Hiring: Unit Manager

Responsibilities of Unit Manager:

  • The Unit Managers will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day patient care.
  • Supervising, directing, and developing nurse staff of a designated unit.
  • Reporting to the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care.
  • Direct the nursing assistants to ensure quality care is provided at all times.
  • Complete assessments, care plans, treatments etc.
  • Positive communication with residents, families, staff and outside providers.

Qualifications of Unit Manager:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • Ability to lead or supervisse people.
  • Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care or skilled nursing environment required.
  • Previous nurse management experience is preferred.
